A: If you completed the registration like the Registration Tutorial Video below and filled out the voucher. Check your spam inbox.

Q: How do I get my promotion code?

A: If you are a member at a member pool, you can contact your employer, pool manager, or pool leaders.

Q: Does the code apply to all classes?

A: Yes, the promotion code from your pool applies to all classes.

Q: Where do you buy the Lifeguarding Kit with the required items?

A: When you go to register and pay for your class, you can add the Lifeguarding kit to your purchase.
